Alchemy of Scrawl: Writing in Depth - The Fire in Fiction by Donald Maas - Chapter 3 This advice is really good for aspiring writers and veterans of the craft that wish to take a scene and truly turn it in to an excerpt that can be published in an online magazine to help promote your book. It can also be used to fine tune chapters within your novel. Coral at Alchemy of Scrawl is coming up with great reviews for readers and material to help writers. A Life of Death is now available in 6x9 paperback

I appreciate all of the encouragement and patience everyone has shown in waiting for A Life of Death's paperback release, but it is now available. The cover was posing some problems, but has been adjusted and most problems fixed. If you'd like to get your own copy, pop into and they'll send it to you right away. In a week, it should be available through and in 6-8 weeks it and Invisible Dawn will both be available for order through your local bookstore or library. The physical publication of Invisible Dawn is now available for purchase through if you are more comfortable with that distributer. Just follow this link.

If you'd like an electronic copy for your e-reader, you can pick either of them up at my account on Just follow the link. Invisible Dawn is still on sale for .99 and A Life of Death is at a great low price of 2.99. Invisible Dawn is available through many sites like Barnes and Nobles and Sony, while A Life of Death is in review for distribution.

Thanks again for the support. Let me know what you think of the stories.
